We are a family from Scotland, UK.

We were in the process of emigrating to the Okanagan Valley as my husband had secured a position as a Family GP.

We met with Loretta whom was recommended to us. She had reached out virtually whilst we were in the UK and had provided us with a fantastic birds-eye view of the real estate landscape in the Okanagan.

Upon meeting Loretta, we knew she quickly understood our needs and she got to work in taking us around a good number of homes. So astute was she in what we were looking for, it took little time for me to fall in love with a house!

However, the time was not right. We kept in touch.

Upon arriving in Kelowna in deep winter (late November 2017), Loretta was keen to re-start our search. Her knowledge of the area is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Working long hours day, night, weekends, we felt she was exclusive just for us! We had been renting 3 different properties until she spotted an amazing find.

I would have missed it as it had been described wrongly.

She excitedly told me we should view it. I trusted her.

We went together on New Years Eve. It was just perfect. Right size, right area, right style, lake view to the rear, mountain and vineyard to the front.

Loretta took us through the steps and answered all my calls, emails, texts. There were many!
She never failed us a single time.

We got a great deal. She guided us on how to play that. It worked!

She cares. She loves her job. A consummate professional. A genuinely warm person. We had fun!
She has our 100% recommendation.

This is our forever home but our kids will need their first homes and we will look no further than Loretta.
