Loretta has been professional, approachable, thoughtful, and responsive.  She effectively advocated for our best interests throughout the process of negotiating purchase terms for our new home.  She has a great knowledge of the Kelowna area housing market and its many and diverse neighbourhoods.  She is a great ally, and working with her has been a pleasure.  We are very happy with our new home and would certainly recommend Loretta to friends and family as a Realtor.
